With an account, do it yourself in Privacy: download, correct or delete. Without one (for example as a Wi-Fi customer), write to us under "Privacy and data protection" and a person answers within the time the law sets.

What to do

  1. Account holders: Privacy → Your data.
  2. Others: write to us under "Privacy and data protection" with the phone number or email the request is about.
  3. The Privacy Notice explains every right you have.
